HOW TO ACCESS

By train:

AirTrain Newark connects passengers from Newark Liberty International Airport Liberty to airline terminals free of charge.

Amtrak and New Jersey Transit trains connect to Penn Station, downtown Manhattan, and to the metropolitan area of New York City in 40 minutes.

Average fare: 15 USD to connect to Penn Station.

By bus:

The Olympia Airport Express offers a transport service to Port Authority Bus Terminal. The terminal also serves Grand Central Station and Penn Station. Average fare: 15 USD.

By car:

How to carry oversized baggage?

Oversized baggage – baggage with dimensions exceeding 203 cm in the sum of three dimensions (length + width + height). The maximum weight of one piece of oversized baggage is 32 kg. Oversized baggage should be paid apart according to the airline fares at the check-in desk of the airport.

How to transport transfer baggage?

You can check your baggage right to your final destination:

  • If you fly from Russian airports abroad (in case you have no goods for declaration in your baggage).
  • If you fly from the following foreign airports through Vnukovo Airport: Girona, Bergamo, Bratislava, Pisa, Cologne, Memmingen, Larnaca, Tivat, Karlovy Vary, Baden-Baden, Varna, Istanbul, Alanya, Antalya.

In other cases, you need to collect baggage at the transit airport, proceed customs control and re-check baggage at the check-in desk.

What should I do if baggage has been lost or damaged?

Without leaving the baggage claim room, contact the “Lost Baggage” or “Baggage Claims” desk. There you will need to fill out an act of lost or damaged baggage. After filling out all the papers you will be assigned the application number and tell you what to do next.
