Returning ticket
Newshore airline’s tickets are non-refundable, so you can decide not to fly, but the money will not be refunded unless otherwise specified by the rules of your fare.
However, there are a number of cases when the return is considered necessary, and after confirming the reasons for the return, we will refund your money. A return is considered necessary in the event of:
- canceling or delaying the flight specified in the ticket,
- changing the transportation route by the airline,
- flying not as scheduled,
- failing to accommodate the passenger on the plane because of the impossibility to provide him or her with a seat for the flight and the date specified in the ticket,
- an unperformed transportation of the passenger caused by the passenger’s delay at the airport due to the length of his inspection, if during the baggage inspection or personal inspection of the passenger no substances or objects prohibited for transportation were found,
- an incorrect registration of the ticket by the carrier or its authorized agent,
- a sudden illness of the passenger, or illness or death of a member of his or her family that was to fly together with him or her on the aircraft, which is confirmed by medical documents. Refunds may be considered necessary if the illness was sudden and lasted on the day of departure, and if the carrier was notified of this before the end of the check-in time for passengers for the flight indicated in the ticket. These circumstances must be confirmed by a certificate of incapacity for work or another authentic medical document issued by an appropriately licensed medical institution.

Changing tickets
Voluntary changes to the air transportation agreement are not allowed except for the following changes:
The passenger’s name can be changed by paying an additional fee of 4,000 , either through the Call Centre of Newshore Airlines LLC (no later than four (4) hours before the scheduled departure time) or in the ticket office of the airport (no later than forty (40) minutes before the scheduled departure time).
- Changing the passenger’s name (last name), no later than 4 (four) hours before the departure time according to the schedule indicated in the ticket, is possible through the Manage my booking on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website or via the call center of the airline, as well as, no less than 40 (forty) minutes before the departure time according to the schedule, through the airport ticket office. Changes to the passenger’s air transportation agreement related to changing name (last name) are subject to an additional fee in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.
- Date, time of flight and/or route may be changed for an additional fee no later than 48 (forty eight) hours before the departure time according to the schedule through the call center of the airline or on the website.
- In the event that the new fare is higher than the fare at which the ticket was originally purchased, the difference shall be paid by the passenger in full.
Ordering an additional service by the passenger no later than 4 (four) hours before the departure time according to the schedule indicated in the ticket is possible through the Manage my booking on ns-booking-test.newshore.es website or via the call center of the airline, as well as, no less than 40 (forty) minutes before the departure time according to the schedule, through the airport ticket office. Changes to the passenger’s air transportation agreement related to the ordering by the passenger of an additional service are subject to additional fees in the form and amount stipulated by the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.
- The fee for changing the date of departure and/or the route is 5,000 rubles for 1 passenger for 1 segment.
- The fee for changing the name of the passenger in the booking is 5,000 rubles for 1 passenger.
